Bellflower Crystal is an item you can loot in ../AirborneThrone in Tantal. Once you have the travel point, there’s a loot point next to it. After looting that, jump down to the place below from where you get to Airborne Throne with a jump point. There’s also a loot point there that has the loot.
You’ll need at least 4000 HP to make the jump.
